HOLD ON TO THAT THOUGHT

Please just hold that thought;

Hold it with all you’ve got;

You need not speak;

That quick;

Just hold;

So bold like its gold;

Please just hold on to that thought;

I have seen enough trouble brought;

Spoken words can never go back;

And sometimes apologies don’t work

So be slow to speak;

Let them say you are weak;

But play your cards close;

As that how it goes;

For little men have fought;

So hold on to that thought
